I just had to say how pleased I am with your website, products and your service. Absolutely fantastic! Your website is very clear and easy to browse, payment was simple and secure! I ordered 2 lunch bags to be personalised, and 2 ice packs to slot into the pocket inside to keep their lunch cool and fresh until lunch time. My little boys are 18 months and 3 years old and both attend the nursery where I work. I got so fed up of other parents going home with my children's lunch bags I was most definitely prepared to pay an extra £5 on top of what I have paid for previous lunch bags off the high street to avoid this daily confusion! Both me and my little boys were made up with the end result. Bright, fun lunch bag designs and the embroidery was perfect!! The lunch bags were delivered within 5 days of me ordering them, unfortunately the ice packs were sent separately and hadn't arrived. I emailed and explained that I hadn't received them. I had a very polite and helpf ul email back the same day, and when I still hadn't received the ice packs 2 days later, another set 2 were posted and I received them the following day. Brilliant customer service to top off the fantastic website and products received! Will be recommending you to everybody I know, and I am sure lots of parents with be asking where I got my little boys lunch bags from when we return to nursery in September!
